The Public Procurement Authority of Hungary hereby informs Clients that with regard to the entering into force of Act CL of 2016 on the General Rules of Administrative Proceedings and Services (Hungarian abbreviation: Ákr.) on 1 January 2018 and pursuant to Article 108 (1) of Act CCXXII of 2015 on the General Rules of Electronic Administration and Trust Services (Hungarian abbreviation: Eüsztv.), the Authority provides for the electronic administration of the cases within the scope of its duties and powers; furthermore, for the electronic administration of the usage, cancellation and modification of services to be provided under the law in the following way.
The Public Procurement Authority applies electronic forms (eForms) for the purposes of electronic administration in accordance with Article 114 of Government Decree No. 451/2016 on the detailed rules of electronic administration.
