The Public Procurement Authority of Hungary hereby informs Clients that with regard to the entering into force of Act CL of 2016 on the General Rules of Administrative Proceedings and Services (Hungarian abbreviation: Ákr.) on 1 January 2018 and pursuant to Article 108 (1) of Act CCXXII of 2015 on the General Rules of Electronic Administration and Trust Services (Hungarian abbreviation: Eüsztv.), the Authority provides for the electronic administration of the cases within the scope of its duties and powers; furthermore, for the electronic administration of the usage, cancellation and modification of services to be provided under the law in the following way.
Electronic contact-keeping between the Clients and the Authority
For the electronic administration of the cases, the Public Procurement Authority introduces Hungarian language electronic forms (with .JAR extension), which can be installed in the General Form-Filling Framework Programme (Hungarian abbreviation: ÁNYK) for the Clients. Case specific electronic forms were developed according to the capacity and tasks of the organisational units of the Authority.
